Flenexa plus s.r.o. is a stable Czech company founded in 2010 in the immediate vicinity of Olomouc.

We are engaged in CNC machining on modern 5 axis CNC machining centers
and we belongs in the best machining companies in the region.
We provide both piece and series production.

Our Services

  • CNC Machining – The main focus of production is CNC machining of rotating parts with high quality, precision and technological intensity.
  • Conventional Machining – Conventional, classic machines undoubtedly have a place in every modern production and are used especially in piece orders. Our company focuses mainly on the classical method of machining, intended for the production of workpieces of rotary shapes of various sizes and from various types of material. We are also able to offer milling.
  • Material Cutting – Pilana PMS 230/260 MO band saw cutting up to 230mm diameter.
  • Supplementary Services – We provide 3D DEA measurements, grinding, and metal finishes in cooperation.

To ensure the highest possible quality, we use exclusively reputable company materials .
The Material certificate is of cause a standard for us.
Based on customer designs we will make the order exactly tailored to the customer needs
including quality control, packaging, palletizing, or even shipping.

Production takes place on top CNC machining centers MAZAK and Mori Seiki,
and therefore we can guarantee very precise machining of almost all available materials.
We pay attention to the high quality of the products that we have embedded in our in-house processes.

Quality management is certified
according to ISO 9001: 2015.
For all our products we can offer surface and heat treatment, measuring protocols, micro-impact marking, assembly or special packaging.
